Autolaw Platform Account & Payment Terms

These terms govern your Autolaw account, wallet, credits and purchases on the platform, between you and the operator, Shenzhen Xiaolv Gongchang Technology Co., Ltd. By registering, topping up or placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Structure

These are the platform-level terms. Products may have their own agreements (e.g. LexMail EULA, Skills Service Terms, AI Inference API Terms), which prevail for that product. The Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

2. Account

Register with a valid email you control; one account per email. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys; actions under your account are deemed yours.

3. Wallet & credits

Credits are usage allowances for platform cloud services. They are not prepayment, deposits or financial products, bear no interest, and are non-withdrawable and non-transferable except as mandated by law. Prices and plans are as shown at checkout.

4. Orders & payment

Payments are processed via WeChat Pay or other officially announced channels. Prices, currencies and promotions are as displayed at checkout; unpaid orders may expire.

5. Refunds

See the Refund Policy; mandatory legal provisions prevail.

6. Availability, misuse and liability

The platform uses reasonable efforts to keep services available but is not liable for indirect losses from maintenance, force majeure or third-party causes. Misuse (illegal activity, abuse, fraud) may result in suspension or account termination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes, termination and law

Updated terms are published on this site with a new version; continued use constitutes acceptance, without retroactively reducing your existing rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; the Chinese version prevails.
